Condos include:	Rates
1 King Size and 1 Queen Size Bed Full Bath Fully Equipped Kitchen Ceiling Fans Laundry TV & VCR Phone Lanai Pool Linens & Beach Towels	$85/night or $585/Week double Add Hawaii Tax and $85 out-cleaning charge. A refundable $200 damage deposit is required. Condo & Studio Pool

Reservations and Advance Security Deposit:
Condos: $200 deposit
Studios $100 deposit
Reservations without a deposit will cancel in 10 days. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival or immediately, if booked less than 45 days before arrival. The deposit is refunded within 2-3 weeks less any extraordinary cleaning charges or damages after your departure.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
A. If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival, there will be a full refund, less $50 handling.
B. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to arrival, guest will forfeit all deposits.
C. If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to arrival, rents and deposits are forfeited.
